The living code of the Academy — merging breath, movement, reflection, and leadership. It is the discipline that sustains all other rituals.

Structure

Daily: Morning breath & training / Evening silent sit & reflection
Weekly: 3–4 strength sessions, 2 breath rituals, 1–2 sauna or cold exposures, solo walks
Monthly: Shield Circle & Sacrifice practice
Mental: Study stoic texts, observe mentors, lead from stillness.
